The above pic is some recent work I have done on smaller works on paper (each is approx 7" by 9 1/2"). As you can see, I am playing with ideas of composition- still very interested in the interplay between positive and negative space and the moment where we catch a person in contemplation in the mirror- or them catching us watching them in the mirror.
I am toying with the idea of pushing on the "Fire and Ice" idea a bit more, and may continue that as a mini-series, which will allow me to further explore the blues and reds together as well as play with the poem and the same themes a bit more.
